Teachers create and maintain environments that are conducive to student learning and understand student needs for physical, social, cultural and psychological security. |
In my teaching philosophy, I have indicated that I believe students deserve to learn in a secure, caring, and stimulating environment to help them grow and mature emotionally, intellectually, physically, and socially. This kind of environment can be created through the teacher's proper guidance to allow students to express and share their thoughts through their natural curiosity.

Established relationships with students that respect human dignity. |
I believe establishing strong relationships with students is essential as a teacher. When positive relationships are formed, studenta are likely to trust the teacher more, show more engagement in learning, behave better in class and achieve at higher levels academically. Positive teacher-student relationships draw students into the process of learning and promote their desire to learn. It is through the developing of relationships that a teacher identifies students' learning needs and selects the best learning strategies to help these student improve..
